No problem! If it's the first time you've ordered clothing from us, we'll replace up to 2 items for free.
Color Constancy
Many of our products such as clothing, flags, mugs, etc. are manufactured using digital printing technologies. Some natural variations in color pigments and matching occur during this process that may make the product appear slightly different than portrayed in the images on our website.
Differing lighting conditions (intensity and color) also alter how our eyes and brains perceive color and may contribute to or cause physical objects to appear different. For example, the same item will look different indoors than it does outdoors, during the day vs. at night, and under LED lighting vs. under fluorescent or incandescent lighting. Translucent items will also respond differently than opaque products.
We cannot and do not warrant against variations in color on any of our products unless we can determine that a manufacturing mistake has been made. Such allowances are made solely at our discretion and are limited to replacement or store credit only.
Other Exchanges and Returns*
Most Premeditated Pride items are made to order. Because of this, purchases can only be returned for store credit at our discretion.

Lost Orders
Shippers do their best to deliver orders within our normal delivery windows, but there are sometimes issues. Rarely does an order gets lost and most of the time there may only be a small delay. Please reach out if you are concerned about the timing and check tracking information first. If your order is not delivered in 45 delays (from order date), we will refund your purchase to you and you keep the item when it arrives.
*All items must be returned unused, in the condition that they were received, with original packaging and the original receipt/packing slip. All shipping costs and gift cards are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.
*Health codes do now allow returns of opened intimate, full-bodied clothing or personal care items.
